Step 1:  Fill out a Rental Application - see link below.


Download a Rental Application (MS Word)

Step 2: Pay $30 for a rental background check or submit a recent credit report.

Step 3: Property manager to review and verify submitted info for either an approval or denial of your rental application.

Step 4:  If approved, pay in cash or money order 1st month's rent and depositand move-in.   Tenant is responsible for setting up and paying for Avista Utilities bill.
