Process

Step 1: Fill out a Rental Application - see link below.

Step 2: Pay $30 for a rental background check or submit your own comprehensive credit report.

Step 3: Property manager to review and verify submitted info for either an approval or denial of your rental application.

Step 4: If approved, pay in cash or money order 1st month's rent and depositand move-in. Tenant is responsible for setting up and paying for Avista Utilities bill.
